Clayton is a consummate sales professional. He listens before he speaks. His product knowledge is excellent. I cannot think of a better sales experience, and that includes past purchases of other high-end vehicles, including Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati. He was always available to answer any questions I had, including pre-and post-purchase. Even through a few post-purchase rough bumps, he was there to make sure that all would be right with my purchase, and to make sure I was kept in the loop and totally satisfied.

The experience was pleasant and simple. Clayton was polite, respectful and accommodating. Unfortunately, after purchase the used vehicle required additional service and correction, and it has taken some time to get it back from the Aston Martin facility in Tustin. They have had it for two weeks now and I am still waiting for it to be finished. Clayton has been helpful in getting it returned to me in a timelier manner.
